We're looking for a proactive, results-driven professional to oversee the successful execution of IT infrastructure projects that are critical to business operations. This is your chance to be at the center of exciting transformations-coordinating migrations, upgrades, and deployments that drive innovation and efficiency.

About the Role
In this role, you'll lead complex infrastructure projects from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly-on time and within budget. You don't need to be hands-on with the tech, but you do need to know your way around servers, firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and email migrations. Your strong grasp of IT infrastructure processes will be key to keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward.
What You'll Do
Project Leadership & Execution
  • Set key project milestones and timelines within your first week.
  • Build detailed project plans-including resource hours-within your first month.
  • Run weekly reviews with the team to track tasks, progress, and blockers.
  • Assign ownership, define deadlines, and keep everyone accountable.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of essential components.
  • Forecast team resource needs at least three weeks in advance.
  • Lead the planning and execution of migrations, cutovers, and go-live events.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Define and document a clear project budget within the first month.
  • Coordinate hardware/software quotes and align purchases with budget targets.
  • Partner with sponsors for quote approvals and purchase orders.
  • Track service utilization and monitor project burn rate.
  • Regularly review the budget with the team and flag scope changes immediately.
Communication & Reporting
  • Provide weekly status reports to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Lead productive weekly team check-ins to ensure alignment and momentum.
  • Host recurring check-ins with project sponsors to review progress and risks.
  • Maintain issue and risk logs to stay ahead of roadblocks.
  • Manage TSA tracker to ensure all service transitions are completed on time.
  • Deliver clear project handoffs and documentation at project close.
What You Bring
  • Proven success managing IT infrastructure projects-from planning through execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of networking, servers, security tools, Active Directory, and email migrations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Confidence managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Why Join Us?
This is more than a project management role-it's an opportunity to lead mission-critical work that empowers the organization and its people. You'll work with collaborative teams, gain exposure to the latest technologies, and make a real impact on operations. If you're ready to lead infrastructure with confidence, we want to meet you.
