Interim Consultant - Project Manager *

We are looking for an experienced but hands on Project Manager that is the bridge between sales, technicians and the customer.

Working closely with the installation team and suppliers of components to ensure the completion of successful projects.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering, preferably within the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of professional experience, a relevant engineering degree, and a proven track record within Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage mechanical engineering projects from production launch to installation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements
• Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports for management and customers
• Drive continuous improvement and implement lessons learned from previous projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive sector
• Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
