Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from conception through to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections and supervise construction activities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years mechanical/plumbing/HVAC experience working on commercial projects
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in industries such as Pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharma, and Manufacturing is a plus
• Chillers/Boilers exp also nice to have
