They are known for creating exceptional luxury residences and delivering bespoke homes that reflect the highest standards of design and construction. They're seeking a talented Project Manager with a strong background in high-end residential construction and estimating to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple luxury custom home projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Conduct detailed pre-construction planning, budgeting, and estimating
• Prepare and review project scopes, schedules, and cost forecasts
• Oversee site progress, quality control, safety standards, and compliance
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships
• Solve issues proactively and maintain forward project momentum

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end custom home construction
• Strong estimating experience, with ability to create detailed budgets and cost analyses
• Deep knowledge of high-end residential building methods, finishes, and materials
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
• Local knowledge of McLean and Northern Virginia luxury markets is a plus
