POSITION SUMMARY:


This is an on-site position for a Project Manager at McCraw Law Group in McKinney, Texas.  The Operational Project Manager drives firm growth by leading assigned projects that support innovation, operational excellence, and company initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role focuses on execution – managing projects, supporting the team on initiatives and rocks, and ensuring priorities are completed with urgency and precision.   


The ideal candidate is hungry to make an impact, thrives on ownership, works with a “team over self” mentality, and is committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous improvement. From system rollouts and process upgrades to office expansions and tech integrations, every project supports one mission: helping our firm work smarter, faster and stronger.  


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Project Management or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing complex projects across departments or business units, preferably in operational or business-focused environments required.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional operational projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Drive innovation and leverage AI technologies to improve processes and scalability, including CRM experience
  • Collaborate across departments, vendors, and leadership to align project goals and execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members.
  • Strong Communication, leadership, and task management skills essential. 
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in managing shifting priorities and maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Committed to upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and the company’s core values.
