THE OPPORTUNITY

As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving project success. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in the MEP trades to lead and oversee the execution of our customers’ mission-critical projects in the data center, biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, and aerospace industries. However, previous experience in these industries is not required. This role will involve managing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


EVERY DAY YOU WILL

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage and track project scope, resources, and costs
  • Lead project teams, including field personnel and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards.
  • Manage project documentation and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Be client-facing and seek to create lifelong customers.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 - 99 years of experience as a Project Manager in the MEP trades.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
