What the job actually is

Own projects end-to-end, fix the chaos, and turn “creative agency” into “repeatable machine.” You’ll report to the founder, run a distributed crew of designers/devs, and have the mandate and budget to streamline anything that slows us down

What you'll own

• Project control

Task boards, timelines, and dependencies in Notion (or the tool you migrate us to). Daily stand-ups, weekly client reviews, retros

• Process & SOPs

60-day stabilization plan, documented SOPs (brief intake → QA → launch), embedded AI/automation that saves hours

• Team leadership

Single point of contact between clients and the remote team; unblock roadblocks, escalate only when you’ve tried fixes

• Client management

Kick-off to launch comms, tight Slack threads, no scope creep without a change order

• Quality control

Internal review gate before anything hits the client; drive down revision loops

• Reporting & KPIs

Weekly scorecard (overdue %, velocity, margin, NPS); quarterly “how we get faster” proposals

Must Haves

• 2+ yrs running web/creative/marketing projects for an agency, studio, or product team
• Proven record of taking vague processes and turning them into documented SOPs
• Comfort running remote teams across time zones
• Strong written + spoken English—client-facing is daily
• Working knowledge of Webflow’s workflow (collections, staging, launch)
• Hands-on with AI/automation tools (Notion AI, Zapier, Make, GPT, etc)

Nice-to-haves

• Prior Ops or Delivery lead experience.
• Basic Figma & QA chops.
• Experience with profitability reporting or P&L responsibility

Contract & Compensation

• Base: USD/month
• Profit-share: % of LoudFace's monthly net profit
• Performance bonus: up to one extra month’s base per quarter (KPI-driven)
• Growth: This role could evolve into an operations manager
