Summary
Role And Responsibilities
Understanding project requirements, timelines, and gathering detailed information from the project team.
Collaborating with offshore leads to track the progress of daily task assignments, ensuring efficient execution.
Contributing to PMO-related activities, including updating PMO dashboards, RAID logs, tasks, and project plans.
Providing regular updates for cross-functional meetings and tracking the progress of automation initiatives.
Identifying and highlighting discrepancies related to project deliverables to the PMO, facilitating quick resolution strategies through daily connect.
Maintaining an internal tracker for Remediation/validation tasks and QA tasks, monitoring progress, and updating test trackers and bug trackers.
Regularly connecting with Google leads and Xyleme leads to prioritize tasks, address open issues and risks, and re-prioritize tasks on need basis.
Managing resources offshore effectively by allocating tasks, tracking progress, and deploying resources across different workstreams to ensure seamless project execution for the deliverables.
Monitoring resource availability and developing strategies to optimize resource utilization. Allocating resources based on their expertise and experience.
Additionally, Evolve, Skillshop and Xyleme platforms support critical activities (being hands-on).
Primary Skills(s)
Domain Knowledge on LMS system tool - Docebo, Degreed, Xyleme
Familiarity with e-learning content standards such as SCORM, xAPI, or AICC
Experience in any authoring tool such as Storyline, Captive, Xyleme
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies used in e-learning content development.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Communications / learning or related field LMS and/or CMS experience
Experience in LMS administration or e-learning system management.
Experience with project management/ coordination
Project management tools and templates - Smartsheet, WBS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Problem solver that is self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional project management, detailed execution, multitasking skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and global environment
