The project manager position will assist Moak Casey data analysts, front-line clients and cooperating law firm with data collection, data synthesis and successful completion of plaintiff fact sheet survey.
Responsibilities

· Have good verbal and written communication skills
· Be able to utilize technology to manage/merge large amounts of information
· Be able to work well with clients and partners
· Be able to concentrate for long periods of time
· Assist clients with gathering of information
· Keep sensitive information confidential
· Keep files/information well organized
· Basic understanding of school organizational structure
· Basic understanding of PEIMS
· Ability to understand, interpret, and synthesize technical and/or legal language in preparation for partnering attorneys.

Time Requirements
20-60 hours/week. Will need to monitor time spent on task carefully as workload will vary due to unpredictability of client intake rate.
