Position Overview

We are are a multi-disciplinary design firm that has been taking a holistic approach to architectural and construction collaboration for over 100 years of success. We are currently seeking an experienced

Project Manager - Landscape Architect to lead and oversee landscape architecture projects from conception through completion. This role is critical in ensuring designs are executed effectively and meet client expectations, while also managing project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to develop project goals and design concepts.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Land FX for design development and documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential projects.
• Ensure compliance with zoning and environmental regulations in all designs.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and landscape architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Land FX software.
• Strong knowledge of landscape architecture principles and practices.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with site planning, urban development, and urban design concepts.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
