Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in the Lake Charles, Louisiana . Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating vertical commercial construction projects, ensuring that timelines are met, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Project Manager will also manage resources, including labor and materials, communicate with stakeholders, handle logistics management, and ensure timely expediting of materials and inspections.

• Project Management and Expeditor skills
• Expediting and Logistics Management skills
• Inspection skills and experience in managing compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry is required.
