We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components for web applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing projects and client relationships, particularly with US clients. A valid US visa is preferred.

Responsibilities

▪ Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and maintainence of web applications.

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

▪ Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

▪ Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

▪ Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.

▪ Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and address any challenges.

▪ Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management methodologies.

▪ Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

▪ Ensuring the acceptance of induvial developers as well as the team by the client.

▪ Need to add as an Client success Manager.

Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (BTech/B.E.).

▪ 4 to 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in web application development.

▪ Proven experience in managing a team of developers.

▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

▪ Experience working with US clients in a similar field.

▪ PMP certification is preferred.

▪ Valid US visa is a plus.
