As a successful Project Manager, you will drive the project from initial customer meetings/quotes to the final walk-through. Knowledge of the commercial HVAC process will be vital for the success of the candidate. Knowledge & Skills for the Construction Project Manager role: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word & Excel required: Experience with CAD or BlueBeam are a plus. Must possess strong verbal and written skills Must have experience writing RFIs, Change Orders, and job schedules. Maintaining subcontractor and vendor relationships so that providers and materials are on-site as needed. Experience with reading plans. Experience using documents within shared networks. Staying focused, positive & flexible to changes in the workload when it arises. Job Requirements: Valid Driver's License with a clean Driver's History Professional attitude and appearance.
