Position: Project Manager

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong communication skills are essential.
• 5+ years of work experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing remote teams and contractors is a plus.
• Familiarity with online education platforms, yoga, or wellness industries is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and track yoga course projects from concept to completion.
• Team Coordination: Source, hire, and supervise external collaborators (e.g., yoga instructors, content creators, designers).
• Client Communication: Manage student inquiries and ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Workflow Development: Establish and optimize processes for content creation, course delivery, and feedback management.
• Quality Assurance: Review course materials and processes for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with educational standards.
