Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Global Markets Program Office supporting various programs across the organization.



The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to foster teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the Capital Markets space, specifically knowledge of trade life cycle and traded products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Options, etc.

Job Title: Project Manager 

Location: Jersey City, NJ - hybrid

Pay Range: Dependent on experience - Work on Experis' W2 (benefits available)

What's the Job?

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables requiring engagement from multiple teams.
  
• Communicates work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, and ensures compliance to standards.
  
• Facilitates routines to support delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  
• Drives delivery of committed deliverables and achievement of success metrics.
  
• Provides guidance and coaching to execution project managers within programs to ensure timely process metrics are tracked and reported.
  
  
  

  What's Needed?

  
  
  
  
  
  • 8-10 years of experience in managing technology projects.
    
  • Strong business, technology, and program/project management acumen.
    
  • Proven ability to resolve program and project issues and mitigate risks effectively.
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly at an executive level.
    
  • Proficient with standard tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
