Project Manager

📍 Hybrid (Remote + Onsite as needed) | 🕒 Full-time

Wordsmith Group is a language-based service company specializing in translation, interpreting, copywriting, and the writing of Annual and Sustainability Reports. We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and experienced Project Manager (mid to senior level) who is ready to lead various cross-functional and cross-team projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be the key liaison between our clients and our internal and external teams, which include language experts, writers, certified translators, designers, and editors. You will manage projects from start to finish—maintaining timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously (multitasking is key!)
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, timelines, and expectations
• Create project schedules and assign tasks to internal and external teams
• Ensure smooth communication among all parties involved
• Resolve issues that arise during the process with effective solutions
• Ensure final outputs meet Wordsmith Group’s quality standards

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in the creative, communications, or language service industries)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experienced in handling multiple stakeholders with varying work styles and needs
• Able to work independently or collaboratively in both remote and onsite settings
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative
• General knowledge of client industries (finance, ESG, legal, healthcare) is a plus
• A background as an Account Manager or Account Director is an additional advantage, especially in understanding client dynamics and maintaining long-term relationships
