Role Review

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a passion for the gaming industry to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects within our game development environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standard.

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end project life-cycle for IT projects within the game development pipeline, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the management team.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate internal resources and their parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and issues.
• Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborate and productive team environment.
• Communicate project status, updates an risks to superior leader through regular reports and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience 3-5 years working as a Project Manager in the IT industry, game sector is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development or AI product projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent English ability both in oral and written (Native Level Preferred)
• Candidates with wstern background (English native or Second language) are preferred as most our engineers are located in western countries
