Description The Opportunity IQ Group is seeking Project Managers with Superannuation experience particularly with SFT and Merger / Transitions experience - Melbourne and Sydney Locations As a Project Manager you will be accountable for creating and executing project work plans to meet the changing needs of our clients, identifying and assigning resource needs, managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and ensuring quality delivery to the client. In order to succeed in this role you must possess: Min 3+ yrs Superannuation experience Min 3+ yrs. Project Management experience working across both Business and Technology The ability to manage to strict project deliverables and timeframes Software development lifecycle exposure Exposure to different project delivery methodology Ability to instil strong project control and governance Strong team collaborator, and leadership qualities Project delivery experience ideally within an Agile environment Ability to build relationships with senior level stakeholders Managing projects in a complex multifaceted environment Experience project managing internal and external third-party delivery teams Strong project management delivery experience highly regarded– eg: Experienced in the delivery of Superannuation projects across compliance/legislative change, platforms/systems, successor fund transfers & migrations, product change and process design Why IQ Group?
