We are searching for candidates with strong planning, analytical, and communications skills who have been key contributors to large-scale change/implementation programs in the past. Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, resourcing, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the full Software * Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Understand and analyze business requirements, assess scope changes, and manage implementation and transformation initiatives. * Collaborate closely with central PMO, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery. * Coordinate and manage functional workstream project plans, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution. * Define and optimize control frameworks, processes, and Target Operating Models (TOM) for improved project outcomes. * Ensure adherence to data governance and operational procedures across workstreams. * Manage vendor simplification, integration, and system migration activities. * Track project progress using task management tools like Gantt charts and Jira, and report status to internal and client stakeholders. * Serve as a key point of contact for clients across operations, trading, and technology teams. * Support a culture of collaboration across teams of project managers, fostering a unified approach to project execution. Eligibility Requirements * Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally leading large-scale transformation initiatives in the financial services sector. * Proven expertise in managing complex project lifecycles using Agile methodology and standard project management practices. * Strong understanding of data governance, technology operations, and project optimization strategies. * Prior experience implementing investment management platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin, Calypso, or similar systems (preferred). * Familiarity with client onboarding and client reporting is a plus. * Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly across business and technical teams. * Skilled in using planning tools like Jira and Gantt charts for tracking and execution. * Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. * Clear and concise communicator with the ability to simplify and explain complex project elements to diverse audiences. In the US, the target base salary for this role is $120K-$150K Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
