Pavement Marking LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in El Paso, TX. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and planning projects from contract acceptance to job completion. This position will be at our El Paso, TX location.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the activities of Pavement Marking Operations including outlining the tasks involved to complete the project timely and within the bid budget.


• Manage the daily B2W project schedule


• Develop schedules for crews and distribute through B2W


• Communicate with customers to very schedules


• Address any changes in scope of work


• Set goals for personnel assigned to field operations.


• Coordinate Sub-Contractors


• Review production with operations for accuracy


• Perform monthly vehicle inspections and KPI requirement tracking and monitoring

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Pavement marking/highway construction or maintenance superintendent experience


• Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, code and ordinances
