The main responsibilities of a fit-out project manager include Planning and scheduling: The project manager will develop a detailed project plan, outlining the timeline and budget for the project. This includes identifying resources needed and creating a schedule for each phase of the project. Communication and collaboration: The project manager will communicate with stakeholders, such as clients, architects, and contractors, to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project goals and timeline. They will also collaborate with the design team to ensure that the project is meeting design requirements. Budget management: The project manager is responsible for managing the project budget, including tracking expenses negotiating contracts with vendors, and identifying cost-saving measures Quality control: The project manager ensures that the project is meeting quality standards and that all work is completed to specification. Risk management: The project manager will identify and mitigate potential risks to the project, such as delays, budget overruns, or safety concerns.
