We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a time-sensitive and data-driven environment on the Problem Integrity Operations team.Bachelor's or other advanced degree 2+ years of work experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations Analytically driven, understands nuances and patterns within large data sets Problem-solver with proven execution and experience to influence and coordinate with cross-functional teams Experience communicating issues and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions Experience working with global teams and diverse communities Experience working with data and data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau) tools Knowledge of programming languages, e.g. Python, R An avid user of our Meta products
