Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic IT Project Manager to support internal enterprise technology initiatives with a focus on infrastructure, IT operations, and cross-functional systems delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of Agile SDLC practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead complex hardware-oriented projects across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT infrastructure, hardware deployment, and systems integration efforts.
  • Engage cross-functional teams including IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications to drive delivery.
  • Own the full project lifecycle: charter creation, roadmap planning, status reporting, risks/issues, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prioritize and sequence multiple initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and interdependencies.
  • Facilitate governance, decision-making, and cross-team alignment—not just through tools (e.g., Clarity) but through strong ownership and collaboration.
  • Translate business needs into actionable project plans and coordinate effectively across vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver executive-level documentation, reporting, and project briefings.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience managing IT or enterprise projects, with recent focus on hardware, infrastructure, or network-related initiatives.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile SDLC and hybrid delivery methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage 8–10+ concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with limited supervision.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills—must demonstrate ability to influence, negotiate, and engage proactively with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, evaluating hardware OEMs, and overseeing technology rollouts is a plus.
  • Experience using enterprise project tools like Clarity PPM for reporting and tracking, but with strategic thinking beyond tool updates.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in IT operations, infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, or OEM vendor management.
  • Experience managing hardware-related projects in environments like data centers, enterprise IT refresh cycles, or networking infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other agile project tools is helpful.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strategic thinker who can operate autonomously and make informed decisions under ambiguity.
  • Someone who builds strong stakeholder relationships, takes initiative, and leads with clarity—not just completes updates.
  • Candidates aligned to infrastructure delivery and hardware environments (not solely software development).
