We’re searching for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Industrial Construction, Materials Handling, or Industrial Machinery. If you’re a proactive problem-solver, an organized leader, and technically adept, this role is for you.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Lead and facilitate project meetings—internal and external—through kick-off to project closeout.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review drawings, documentation packages, and schedules.
Monitor technical installations and quickly address any challenges that arise on-site.
Evaluate and manage project risks, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Handle client communication with professionalism, including off-hours calls if necessary.
Drive purchasing decisions for project components based on bills-of-material and schematics.
Ensure any scope changes are approved and documented.
What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of Project Management experience in construction, industrial machinery, or a related technical field
Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and budgeting in Excel
Familiarity with electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships across teams, customers, and vendors
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
Must be able to travel, work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
