This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and client-facing abilities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Key Role
Pivotal role within the Client Conversions and Implementations
Collaborating with clients to manage conversion and startup projects.
Involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, participating in Discovery, Data Spec Review, Software Development, System Configuration, Testing, Project Management, and Implementation.
Planning, coordinating, and managing all activities within their assigned functional workstream areas, ensuring successful onboarding of new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of assigned workstreams from start to finish, developing project plans, consulting with clients on solutions, managing key deliverables, and reporting on issues, risks, and status.
Customization and Integration: Setting up and customizing various products and services selected by the client to ensure a seamless end-to-end integration.
Custom Development: Ensuring that custom development is delivered as required for the client.
Issue Resolution: Driving the resolution of issues through problem-solving, resource identification, and escalation.

Understanding of the Credit Card Issuing Industry and associated products.
Experience with converting to new processing platforms.
Previous conversion experience.
Knowledge of platforms and products/services.
Relevant credit card processing experience.
