Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Project Manager to oversee real estate development projects from planning through completion. This role involves managing construction timelines, budgets, and compliance, while coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Civil Engineer with solid experience in real estate, infrastructure, or vertical construction projects and strong project management capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• 5+ years of experience in project or construction management within real estate or infrastructure
• Proven experience managing site development and building construction projects
• Strong understanding of structural design, land development, and construction methods
• Familiar with local permitting, zoning, and environmental regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
