Role
The Project Manager II will support the Vertical Envelope Program, with a core focus on managing and advancing the Fix Order process. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate data, timely execution, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including Crown teams, customers, and general contractors. The PM will serve as a key driver in ensuring construction milestones, order lifecycles, and corrective actions are completed effectively, within defined SLAs and process expectations.
Responsibilities
* Manage and drive execution of Vertical Envelope Fix Orders from creation through close
* Ensure data integrity across systems and alignment with key construction milestones
* Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and general contractors to resolve blockers and keep orders progressing
* Monitor SLA compliance and escalate risks to maintain program performance
* Collaborate with field resources to verify corrective actions and photo documentation
* Participate in recurring cadence and reporting to drive process improvements
* Support documentation and governance requirements related to Fix Orders and corrective activity.
* Ensure Crown Castle and customer systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data
* Report project status against commitments and keep customers and stakeholders informed
* Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with customers and all stakeholders
* Own financial accountability across all individuals and collection of assigned projects
* Manage scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices
* Escalate issues through internal lines of business and with customer management hierarchy

Education/Certifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of three (3)+ years of project management experience
* Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience
* Customer facing project management experience a plus
* Crown Castle Systems & Tools experience preferred but not required

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
The pay range offered for this position is $70,000-$96,300 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
