In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Lead large strategic projects that are typically of moderate or high complexity and primarily cross multiple departments. * Plan, execute and implement projects to deliver intended business outcomes, ideally on time, on budget and within scope according to business priorities. * Throughout the lifecycle of the projects, the PM II ensures consistent, reliable, and transparent project execution which effectively and efficiently utilizes organization resources. The essential requirements of the job include: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (required) * Minimum of two years project management experience (required) * Prefer minimum of five years work experience in a high tech or biotech company (preferred) * General knowledge and experience in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and tools (example: Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, or Iterative). General understanding of process change, product development, manufacturing or software development. (preferred) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: * Leadership, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills * Proven ability to influence, motivate, drive collaboration, and assess performance across all project team members * Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to facilitation and presentation skills.
