Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under general supervision. Supervisor provides limited direction. Position Responsibilities: * Buildingrelationshipswithcustomers,manufacturers,andoutsidesalespeople * Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data * Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project * Perform material take-offs * Submittal creation * Produce add order quotations * Negotiate job buy-out * Maintain knowledge of currently represented products * Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project closeout * Other duties as assigned by manager Essential Skills: * (2) or more years of lighting project management required * Possesses customer service experience * Ability and willingness to teach others * Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things * A team-first attitude * Must have excellent math skills * Must be proficient on Word, Blue Beam and Outlook * At least four years of Excel experience
