Your responsibilities would include: Elaboration of project plans with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring that product requirements are well understood Management of the project execution, coordination of meetings and moderation of issues within the team or with external and internal stakeholders Proactive identification of project risks and inconsistencies in the project plans/activities Work with customers, suppliers, purchasing and internal support teams Regular tracking, reporting of the project status and active demonstration of results Coaching a collaborative spirit in the team You would need to meet the following requirements: Academic degree in an Engineering discipline, formal Project Management degree is a plus At least 3 years’ working experience as Project Manager for automotive projects In-depth knowledge of hardware and software aspects Thorough understanding of technology development and automotive SPICE Good organizational, project management and leadership skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze and solve complex problems Having strong focus on the team’s success Good knowledge of MS Office (including MS Project), SAP and version control software SVN Fluency in English (written and spoken), German and/or French are considered strong assets Why would you want to work with us?
