This is a full-time position with Tecknomic and the project is with OCFO. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities & Skills: •    The successful applicant will have extensive experience project managing complex IT infrastructure related projects, including laptop refresh deployments, distribution packaging, Microsoft Windows upgrades, Sharepoint to Azure migrations, desktop rollouts; overall project lifecycle experience with EUC upgrade cycles and rollouts •    Experience with end user technologies and capabilities like Software Packaging and Distribution, Security Compliance & Controls, Virtual Private Network, IT Asset Management, Software Optimization, and IT Audits •    Familiar with Customer and Employee Experience concepts like Customer Satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, Survey technologies, Technology Adoption Practices •    Must have strong and proven stakeholder / Customer management skills and experience. •    Excellent client facing experience with a strong vertical in customer facing environments. •    Experience of working for large IT services/IT outsourcing companies. •    Manages the agreement process of defining the project requirements and objectives with the Project Sponsor, PMO and technical project lead. •    Manages business and project risks and produces an effective achievable plan and risk assessment so that timelines, resources and project costs are understood and supported by all by the appropriate parties. •    Accountable for managing and tracking the project risks, issues, actions and decisions with supporting Technology and Business Units •    Previous experience with Atlassian tools (Jira) and Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile PMLC is desired •    Builds and manages the relationship with key stakeholders and resources. •    Delivers the project on time, to expected budget and appropriate quality What we bring:  •    Health, Dental and Vision Benefits •    Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability paid 100% by the company  •    Time off: Public Holidays, Vacation Days & Sick Days  •    401K  Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1.00 - $86.00 per year
