Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and drive cross-functional initiatives across business and IT. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and exposure to SAP systems or ERP implementations. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for business and IT initiatives.
• Define project goals, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Organize and lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
• Track budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams on process improvement and systems integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
• Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Experience working in manufacturing, consumer goods, or supply chain domains.
