Project Manager - HVAC / Mechanical

The client is a well-established Mechanical Building Services contractor with over 20 years in the M&E Industry. Due to significant growth, there is now a key requirement for a HVAC Project Manager to join their busy design and build division overseeing multiple projects throughout the UK.

About The Role

As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Programming, Allocating and resourcing materials and labour

Overall project delivery from concept through to completion.

Management and Reporting of KPI’s including financial, supply chain management and H&S,

Dealing with Projects valued from 250k to 2.5 million

Travel to Site as programme dictates ( Typically 3 days on site and 2 days in the office on average )

About The Candidate

Previous experience working in the Mechanical Building Services Industry ( minimum of 5

years )

Knowledge of retail, leisure. Commercial and office fit sectors

Ability to manage multiple projects at once ( number of contracts depends on the size, but typically up to 4 projects at a time )

Prepared to Travel ( Sites are ranged throughout the UK )
