Our goal is to accelerate the transition to Passive House and energy efficient building practices to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We are looking for an experienced project manager that can work independently, is proficient in project management softwares and has an interest in sustainable design. Familiarity with the Passive House Standard is desired but not required. The ideal candidate will be a independent, self-driven team leader and have skills in organizing the team's weekly tasks, as well as creating schedules, budgets, orders and RFQs. There is high growth potential in the firm and competitive salary based on experience, Bi-weekly pay period, 40 hours work week, vacation pay. Candidate must be able to work on his/her own. Preferably the candidate would have carpentry experience, as well as an experience in both residential and commercial work.
