• Provide IT infrastructure and system implementation service to enterprise customers such as Structured Cabling, Networking & Wi-Fi, Data Centre, Cyber Security, Cloud, PABX, ELV/AV, IoT or Application Development.
• Deliver project management service including project planning, task scheduling, risk management and progress reporting.
• Organize, coordinate and attend project meetings to report progress and resolve any project related issues.
• Prepare project correspondence such as meeting agenda and minutes.
• Collaborate with various engineer teams of technical specialists, commercial sales, solution consult and manage multiple external service providers to ensure the proper execution of the work.
• Provide status on project costs, schedule and escalate issues and risks timely to draw management attention.
• Required to support ad-hoc / overseas projects if necessary.

Requirement for this role:

• Degree holder in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in project management. Experiences in IT&T is preferred.
• Proven project management skills in delivering complex or medium scale projects.
• Excellent communication skills on both outward facing (to customers) and inward facing (to internal delivery teams).
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking, able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Able to cope with tight project schedule and demonstrate the ability and flexibility to work under dynamic environment.
• Strong listening, analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management Tools, e.g. MS Project.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese.
• Holder of professional certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2 certified Practitioner) is preferred.
