Work Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Rate: Up to $81.25/hr

✅ Key Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience

- Proficiency in data management, analytics/BI, and web-based development

- Familiarity with SOA, Agile, Scrum, and full SDLC/PMLC

- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement

- Excellent communication and risk management skills

- PMP Certification is a must; Scrum Master Certification is a bonus

🧠 Preferred Experience:

- 6+ years in public health, preferably HHS

- Experience leading multi-agency or matrixed IT projects

- Background in Access & Eligibility program projects

🔧 Responsibilities:

- Drive cloud-based analytics and data integration projects

- Collaborate with IT, stakeholders, and vendors

- Create RFPs and federally approved IAPDs

- Manage project documentation according to DIR’s Project Delivery Framework

- Supervise sprint planning, procurement, and team resource management
