Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM II) to lead infrastructure deployment projects across a wide range of networking technologies. This role focuses on driving large-scale infrastructure builds, managing cross-functional project plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex networking solutions across data center environments.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with top-tier engineering and networking teams, helping to reduce costs, increase bandwidth throughput, and provide highly consistent network performance across global deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure deployment programs to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable project plans.
  • Oversee program management activities including scheduling, risk mitigation, stakeholder updates, and documentation.
  • Identify bottlenecks, evaluate tradeoffs, and implement creative solutions in support of successful project outcomes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent deployments within a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
  • Contribute to infrastructure automation and process improvement initiatives.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

  1. Technical Infrastructure Program Management – 3–5 years of experience leading data center and networking buildouts.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven ability to work with infrastructure and engineering teams to coordinate and deliver deployments.
  3. Data Analysis & Process Automation – Strong experience with SQL, reporting dashboards, and automating operational workflows.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally within large-scale data center infrastructure or network buildouts.
  • Experience with high availability, scalable networks, and network architecture programs.
  • Strong project management skills including risk management, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with process and automation tools; ability to analyze project data and optimize workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong passion for datacenter networking technologies.
  • Experience delivering projects in highly distributed, cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with networking deployments at a global scale.
  • Excellent decision-making and organizational leadership under tight deadlines.
