Our client, a leading Houston-based general contractor, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee hospital, medical office, and healthcare facility projects from start to finish.

Your Role:
✔️ Manage ground-up and renovation healthcare projects from pre-construction to closeout
✔️ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (AHCA, Joint Commission, ADA, etc.)
✔️ Collaborate with hospital administrators, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
✔️ Maintain budgets, schedules, and project quality control
✔️ Lead project teams and ensure a safe work environment in active medical settings
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management
✅ Experience managing OSHPD, AHCA, and other regulatory requirements
✅ Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (P6, MS Project, or similar)
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
