In this role, you will be a key leader within a team responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing tasks related to a national data platform. Your primary focus will be overseeing the implementation of FHIR exchange services to ensure efficient, scalable, and secure data exchange. Team Leadership

Project Planning and Execution
Receive goal and deadlines from higher-level management
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project goals and deadlines.
Ensure effective communication with healthcare facilities, partners, team members, and business units to understand needs, coordinate development efforts, and facilitate timely delivery.
Work closely with the technical team to design and approve technical solutions that accommodate diverse health information systems (HIS), environments, and constraints.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison within the organization and between vendors, subcontractors, and external parties.
Lead healthcare facilities in healthcare information exchange, demonstrating strong collaboration and coordination skills.
Collaborate and coordinate with partners and third parties to align goals and tasks relevant to the project.
Supervise and manage subordinates to coordinate and execute tasks according to the project plan.
Oversee vendors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards during the development and deployment of exchange systems.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to validate the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
