e&e is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to support a team within the IT Customer and Business Solutions division. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing current systems, developing new applications, and supporting enterprise-level solutions that align with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of IT projects, providing oversight from initiation through delivery, while ensuring adherence to governance standards and operational best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate internal and external teams across multiple IT projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Define, maintain, and communicate project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in accordance with established project management methodologies.
• Lead projects through all phases of the lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with business analysts and stakeholders to define and manage project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Document and track project milestones, risks, and issues; lead mitigation planning and resolution strategies.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and apply findings to improve future projects.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across IT teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards including the Project Management Office (PMO) Playbook and related governance documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years (for Project Manager) or 7 years (for Senior Project Manager) of experience managing IT projects across various domains.
• Strong project management skills including integration, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow (especially Idea, Project, and Demand modules).
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems, particularly SAP.
• Experience with Esri and Agile Assets.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and best practices.
