Join a team of development program professionals to support dev programs within one of Honeywell's businesses. You will help implement program plans, budgets, schedules and execute a programatic MOS, support forecasting & capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. You will play an important role in the IPDS process and strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements, actions, and status as assigned. You will also be working under moderate supervision of the program manager to execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value & quality while demonstrating PM skills including risk management

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate and manage project team activities from initiation to closure, ensuring effective execution of the project plan.
+ Develop and monitor project execution plans, focusing on schedule, cost, and staffing requirements while tracking performance data.
+ Maintain positive relationships with customers and facilitate meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure clear communication.
+ Lead a diverse team of engineers and subcontractors, driving accountability and ownership to meet contractual obligations.
+ Control costs within budget, manage change orders, and oversee project documentation and close-out processes.
