Job Title: Project Manager - Business - 6 month contract

About the team: This role is an exciting opportunity to help deliver the end of a large transformation project that is currently in-flight. Our client is a huge player in the retail business and keen to get a candidate onboard in the coming weeks.

About the role: Reporting to the Head of Transformation, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate activities across Business & Technology teams (more business/transformation focused) to deliver an in-flight project integrating a new retail solution.

• Lead a team to achieve project outcomes in line with the agreed Business Case.
• Ensure technical delivery streams align with the desired business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholder groups to introduce change effectively.
• Deliver robust project governance and best practices within the team.
• Advocate and negotiate acceptable outcomes with key business stakeholders.
• Manage all phases of the SDLC to ensure successful project execution.

• Experience in handling both business and technology-led projects.
• A strong preference for candidates with retail industry experience.
