Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Plan, control and execute technology development projects for SiC-MOSFET, Si-IGBT and diode chip technologies across various Infineon sites
• You take on full project manager responsibilities. This includes the overall project planning, resources, budget as well as risk management
• Form and guide cross functional project teams by assigning tasks to Project Team Members and holding them accountable
• Identify and align cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Applies solid functional knowledge/technical expertise
• This role will request from you PJM skills as well as technical skills, not even mentioning outstanding communication skills and a certain level of flexibility
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering, a PhD is beneficial
• At least 5 years of experience within the semiconductor industry, preferably in the area of technology development or transfer management
• Additional experience in working on projects, preferably within an industrial development department
• A technical understanding of power device physics, technology development and semiconductor processing
• Convincing communication and presentation skills to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent English skills
