Job Title: Project Manager – Multifamily Development

Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, In-Person)

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000+ base salary, plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in multifamily development or construction. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and must have successfully completed two or more ground-up multifamily buildings. This is a full-time, in-person role based in NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of multifamily development projects from pre-construction through delivery
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting
• Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance processes
• Lead site visits and ensure quality control across trades
• Identify risks and proactively manage project challenges
• Communicate progress and issues with leadership team

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction or development
• Proven track record of managing at least two completed ground-up multifamily buildings
• Strong understanding of NYC building codes, DOB procedures, and construction standards
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• NYC experience preferred
