Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to manage internal coordination across departments and ensure the smooth and timely execution of fire, safety, and security system projects across India. This is a key role involving direct reporting to the Managing Director, with a focus on planning, tracking, reporting, and ensuring inter-departmental alignment.


Key Responsibilities:

Internal Coordination & Project Oversight

  • Act as the central point of contact between different departments (design, estimation, execution, procurement, billing, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely project progress.
  • Plan and track all deliverables, workforce schedules, material dispatches, and key project milestones.
  • Ensure that each department completes their assigned tasks on or before deadlines.
  • Coordinate closely with the accounts team to ensure bills are raised and payments are received on time.

Reporting & Planning

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Managing Director, covering project progress, challenges, and key action points.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, resource allocation charts, and dashboards.
  • Ensure travel planning for teams is done on time and within budgets.
  • Monitor budgets, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple ongoing projects.

Client Coordination (as required)

  • Interact with clients for project status updates, issue resolution, and documentation follow-up, if needed.
  • Ensure that all project documents, manuals, and reports are submitted as per client expectations.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong coordination and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ability to work across teams and push for on-time delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
  • A background in fire, safety, or security systems is a plus but not mandatory.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Fire & Safety) or relevant discipline.
  • Experience: 8+ years in coordination, planning, or project oversight roles.
  • Preferred Background: Candidates from system integrators, EPC companies, or organizations handling large-scale installations.
