As a Project Manager at N2N Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing projects related to our multi-asset class trading and settlement platform. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external clients, vendors/service providers and regulatory bodies to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our services and solution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
· Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and management of resources for projects.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, business analysts, product owners, developers, QA engineers, technical support and customer experience to ensure project milestones are met.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of commitments to clients and drive problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
· Prepare and present key decisions for approval, articulating trade-offs between scope, solution and operational impacts.
Client Communication and Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycles, addressing their requirements, concerns, and change requests.
· Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress (including minutes of project meetings), gather feedback, and manage expectations effectively.
· Foster strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and proactive communication.
· Engage with senior stakeholders to shape the direction of the project.
· Evaluate and prioritize change requests from clients, stakeholders, or regulatory bodies, considering their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources, including tabling such change requests to the change control board for final decision.
· Collaborate with the business analysts, product owners, developers, technical support to asses feasibility, risks, and potential benefits of implementing change requests, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
· Maintain clear documentation of approved change requests, including scope changes, requirements modifications, and associated project updates, to facilitate transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance and Audit Management
· Collaborate with regulatory bodies and exchanges to ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and audit requirements.
· Manage mock runs and audits prescribed by regulatory authorities, coordinating internal teams to address findings and implement corrective actions promptly.
Other responsibilities
· To travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project activities, meet with clients and other relevant stakeholders of the project.
· Execute additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the company as needed
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
· At least 10 years’ experience in project management or delivery.
· Experience working with teams located in different geographical regions and across different cultures. · Knowledge in securities and trading or financial preferred.
