Business Management Associates (BMA) is seeking a Project Manager (Talent Acquisition Manager) who has federal government experience. The incumbent will have a strong understanding of full life recruiting, experience in the health care or science industry; familiarity with Service Level Agreements; previous use of recruiting metrics and reporting standards.
Responsibilities Includes:
CITY OF SUFFOLK
* Responsible for developing, maintaining, modifying, and updating plans, to include: risk management plans, staffing plan, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Creates and executes project work plans using a Project Toolkit and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* Ensures search requests are clearly defined to include key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure, compensation and interview process.
* Prepare recurring progress and financial reports.
* Maintains awareness of creative sourcing strategies and works closely with team to develop best approach for client.
* Effectively applies staffing methodology and enforces project standards.
* Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
* Responsible for following escalation procedures for problems, issues, and recommendations as tasked and safeguarding information.
* Managing Contractor staff ensuring proper exit criteria are followed when Contractor employees leave projects, and coordinating the return of agency furnished equipment.
* Providing risk mitigation
* Conduct and participate in progress meetings, facility meetings, training meetings, performance meetings, program/project reviews, management briefings, transition meetings, and requirements meetings.
* Responsible for responding to ad hoc data calls.
* Responsible for effectively communicating relevant project information to superiors.
* Responsible for escalating and resolving issues in a timely fashion.
Background and Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of professional level of experience with a minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience.
* Must have a strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
* Must have familiar with Service Level Agreements and previous use of recruiting metrics and reporting standards.
* Must have demonstrated experience creating and executing project work plans using a Project Toolkits.
* Must have demonstrated experience effectively applying staffing methodologies and enforce project standards.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree required.
