Woodfield Outdoors is seeking a highly motivated, detail-driven Project Manager to join our premier design-build team. We specialize in creating exceptional luxury outdoor living spaces, with a primary focus on custom inground pools.
This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who takes ownership, thrives in the field, and is committed to delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and job budgets
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
Delegate responsibilities to superintendents and guide team execution
Ensure each project is completed with precision—on time, on budget, and mistake-free
Be willing to put in additional time when necessary to ensure project success and maintain timelines
What We're Looking For:
A proactive, hands-on project manager with strong organizational skills
An effective communicator and team leader who can anticipate and resolve challenges
Construction project management experience is preferred
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence
