Everiii is a Taiwan-based consulting firm focusing on the new economy, innovation, and bridging Taiwan to the world. We design and execute programs that enhance the innovation ecosystem and connect resources between regional stakeholders including the likes of startups, government agencies, multinational corporations, local businesses, investors, accelerators, and media. Our signature programs are Taiwan Startup Stadium (TSS) and Startup Island TAIWAN, which helps Taiwan startups go global.

We are seeking a Project Manager to provide cross-functional coordination and support in the areas of portfolio management, event execution, communications, and partner relations. You will get to touch on all aspects of what we do and gain a broad understanding of the startup ecosystem in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

This is a “wear many hats” kind of role requiring excellent communication skills, people management experience and professional diligence. You would have a high degree of flexibility, autonomy and creative leeway, so long as you meet your deliverables by established deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from end-to-end
• Develop, manage and monitor detailed project schedules, work plans and budgets
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Represent the company at events and other external activities
• Plan and manage special events including external speakers, networking events, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Japanese and Mandarin
• Strong project planning, management and organization skills, PMP certification or training is a plus
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Has driven communication outreach initiatives which involved working with other stakeholders to define objectives and strategies.
• Multidisciplinary experience – Proven track record of working effectively with various teams to achieve project completion in a timely manner
