Summary

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a variety of industries, including Education, Healthcare, Commercial Construction, Hospitality, and Multi Family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timeline estimates.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project teams and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Prepare reports and review project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in multiple industries, including Education, Healthcare, Commercial Construction, Hospitality, and Multi Family.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects.
